BREX WOLLIN, ASSISTANT MANAGER, LANDSCAPE DIVISION

Brex has been in the landscape industry since 1999. He joined our team last September and has been a valuable asset to our team. Brex has a certificate in Horticulture from the state of Wisconsin. Brex leads all of our landscape crews and overseas our irrigation and enhancements. Brex enjoys 4-wheeling and spending time with his family.

HORACE JARAMILLO, OPERATIONS MANAGER

Horace has been in the automotive industry for the past 7 years and prior to that was a carpenter. Horace has been with Rush Management for the past 3 years and is in charge of all of our vehicle maintenance and repairs. Each piece of equipment is inspected and serviced on a daily basis. This insures our customers that we have the safest and best equipment operating on our properties at all times. Horace is a Colorado native.

FRANK SALAZAR, IRRIGATION SPECIALIST/DIVISION MANAGER

Frank is a Colorado Native and has 20 years plus experience in irrigation and landscaping. He has worked with every type of irrigation system on the market including Rain Master Satellite Control Systems. He is familiar with all aspects of parts, tools, and products in the irrigation field. He pays special attention to the details of irrigation and has an eye for leaks and problems that might not be visible to most people. Frank thoroughly enjoys spending the adequate time to trouble shoot and figure out any problem. Frank also has his backflow certification and CLT (certified landscape technician) in irrigation. He has also been through several water auditing classes and understands how to conserve water usage in all areas of irrigation. He also ad hears to municipalities guidelines towards water restriction guidelines. He also has extensive experience in plumbing and electrical fields.

Rush Management, Inc. (also known as Boulder Sweeping and Blade Runners) has a full staff of employees who are the heart and soul of our Business. We are constantly evaluating our employees performances to ensure top quality service. We train each employee on proper safety and machinery handling. Our safety record speaks for itself as we have had no major injuries or property damage in the history of the business. We also hold monthly meetings to discuss ways to improve our efficiency to better service our customers.
